Dual Modem 5G Routers enable the user to use two mobile phone SIM cards to create two simultaneous 5G mobile broadband connections. Generally, a dual modem router will come equipped with the ability to load balance traffic from the LAN to the WAN or to provide a hot swap SIM failover. These dual modem routers do not usually include any bonding services or capability. For 5G bonding you will require a bonding service.
BONDED 5G Routers
If you need to created a bonded 5G connections using the two 5G modems you will usually require a third party service. For Teltonika routers you can create a bonded Internet service using BONDIX. For other dual 5G modems you will require a different service. For example Peplink have their own bonding service.
