For 3G Fixed IP SIM Cards is is usually wlapn.com and for 4G Fixed IP SIM Cards the APN is usually wlapn4.com 

The authentication method should be set to PAP and the user name and password is usually the first 8 letters of your company name – both user name and password will be identical
